Your right to withdraw (14 days)

When you buy a paid report you can withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The 14 days start on the day the contract is made.

Our report is a digital service that we deliver right after payment. Before you pay, a separate screen asks you to agree that we start immediately and to confirm that you lose your right to withdraw as soon as the report has been delivered in full. Once the report has been delivered in full, you can no longer withdraw.

To withdraw before delivery, or if the report could not be delivered, tell us clearly in writing at support@checkmyrental.nl. You may use the model form below, but you do not have to. Your notice is on time if you send it before the 14 days end.

If you withdraw, we pay back everything you paid within 14 days after we receive your notice, to the same payment method, at no cost to you. If you had asked us to start during the 14 days, you pay a proportionate amount for what we delivered until you told us.

Report bundles (with an account)

A bundle of 3 reports is a separate contract. You can withdraw from it within 14 days of buying it, also after you used some credits. Use the "Withdraw from contract here" button on your account page, or the link of the same name in your order confirmation (no sign-in needed): it first shows what will be refunded, then you confirm. You can also write to us at support@checkmyrental.nl. We confirm your withdrawal by email.

For the credits you already used you pay their share of the bundle price (the price divided by the number of reports in the bundle). We refund the rest within 14 days, to the payment method you used. Reports you already received stay yours.

Each report you start with a credit is delivered right away, after you gave the waiver on the separate screen: for that report you cannot withdraw once it has been delivered in full.

After 14 days a bundle is not refundable, except where the law says otherwise or when we stop the service before you used your credits. Credits not used by the end date (12 months after buying) expire; we send a reminder 30 days before. If you delete your account, unused credits are lost unless you withdrew within the 14 days.

When you get your money back

Automatic full refund if the report cannot be generated or the contract cannot be read after payment.

14-day satisfaction refund on request, no questions: write to support@checkmyrental.nl within 14 days of your payment. This is voluntary, in addition to your statutory rights. For a report you started with a bundle credit, we give the credit back instead of money.

If we confirm an error in a rule that you flagged while your order exists (7 days, or to the end of the 14th day after a payment), you get a refund and a correction email.

Refunds go back through the payment provider.
